Pot-au-feu for skin care at lunch

Today's recipes for skin care is this!!


Pot-au-feu of quinoa and vegetables

Ingredients
4 Tbs of quinoa
1 onion
4 leafs of cabbage
2 potatoes
1 tsp of salt
Black Pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
2 Tbs of olive oil
2 cloves garlic

Directions
Fry garlic in olive oil, and add the cut vegetables,quinoa.
Add the water to boil down and put salt, black pepper, red pepper.

Garlic toast

Ingredients
6 piece of bucket
4 Tbs of olive oil
1 clove garlic, grated
Oregano to taste
1 tsp of salt

Directions
mix garlic, olive oil and salt and spread on buckets and put the oregano. Then bake the buckets about 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
